Joe Boersma is delighted to be making his debut at Windy City Playhouse. Joe has made his way in regional theater for the past two and half years, and is excited to be working on a show in his home of Chicago. Joe spent the 2013-2014 season working at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater where he appeared in NOISES OFF, RAGTIME, and THE HISTORY OF INVULNERABILITY. Joe spent the past two winters narrating A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Children’s Theater of Madison) and the past two summers acting in THE TEMPEST, COMEDY OF ERRORS, ROMEO AND JULIET, and KING LEAR (Door Shakespeare). Joe also spent a summer at Arkansas Shakespeare Theater where he appeared in MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING and BOTTOM’S DREAM. Local credits include: LONE STAR (Oil Lamp Theater); TWELFTH NIGHT (Crowded Bookshelf Dramatics); and REEFER MADNESS (Ensemble 113). Joe earned his BFA in acting from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. He appeared professionally in [TITLE OF SHOW] and SHIPWRECKED! as a part of the program’s Summer Studio.
